My role

General Virtual Assistant → Graphic Design Support

I initially supported Last Saints and their sister brand, G’Juan Xavier, as a General Virtual Assistant — handling admin, research, inbox management, team coordination, and task organization. When the marketing contractor became unavailable, I stepped into a design support role, creating social media graphics, reels, and ad creatives that kept content and day-to-day operations moving.

  • Managed client inboxes, responded to inquiries & coordinated meetings
  • Followed up with the team on task progress, pending items & deadlines
  • Organized Asana to improve task tracking & team visibility
